General
Coaster credit is a term used by enthusiasts to count the number of unique coasters they have ridden. You can use RideDex to track your coaster count and optionally your total count from all types of rides.
Accidents on roller coasters and other amusement park rides are very rare. Well run parks conduct regular safety checks on their rides and in some countrys are required to have licenses to operate. The chances of being injured on a ride are one in 24 million. That being said you should never be pressured on to a ride you don't feel comfortable riding.
